What’s in a name
TriSpark is a reference to the ‘Triple Burner’ in traditional Zen spiritual practices – the three wisdom centers – a meta mind of sorts. A nod to our unflinching focus on the mind and mindsets.
A bit about Mindsets
The Oxford dictionary defines it as:
…the general attitude of a person and their fixed ideas that are often difficult to change…
However, theories of neuroplasticity claim that difficult it may well be, but it’s not impossible!
We believe in the infinite power of the mind to transform its habitual patterns!
Sanjay Anand is a former technology executive with extensive experience running large scale businesses, delivering innovative world-class products and leading global development centers at Google and Microsoft. Over the course of his career, Sanjay has mentored and groomed scores of leaders, many of whom hold Senior Executive positions in top tech firms.
Sanjay is a certified coach (PCC) from Thirdspace (New Ventures West), UK.
